As a precaution and to protect our business, we can only ship to the billing address attached to the credit card you use for your purchase. Please make sure the billing and shipping address match or we will cancel/refund your order. If you must have it shipped to a different address, please email us BEFORE you place your order at email@example.com so we can assist you.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For Custom Jewels orders, it can take up to three weeks to process before shipping.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. It's very important to provide an email address when shopping with us. It makes communicating about your order easier.
It's been more than 7 business days, where is my order?
If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do have a tracking number, contact the postal service.
My order was delivered to the wrong address, what do I do?
We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an address you mistakenly entered into our system. Please double check the address you provide before placing your order. Also check your order confirmation once it’s emailed to you and if you see you entered the wrong address by mistake, email us at email@example.com within 24 hours so we can fix this BEFORE we process your order! If the package is already delivered, you have to contact postal services.
Do you offer Rush/expedited shipping?
Yes, if ordered before the processing deadline we'll be more than happy to accommodate you. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
We do, with a few exceptions. Proceed to checkout and our system will let you know if we ship to your country.
Will I have to pay duties on top of my order total?
We are not responsible for any fees applied to international orders.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
No, we do not. All sales are final.
What if I receive a damaged item or the wrong item?
Email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to fix this issue for you.
I made a mistake with my Custom Necklace order, what do I do?
If you ordered a Custom Jewels necklace from us and noticed a mistake immediately after placing your order (for example wrong spelling, numbers, color or chain length), you have 24-48 hours to let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After 48 hours, it’s too late as your necklace is already being produced. We can produce another necklace but you will be charged a 25% restocking fee since we will have to destroy the original necklace you ordered and your wait period will extend. Thanks for understanding.
Our items consist of gold filled, sterling silver and gold plated material meaning they will eventually tarnish and fade with wear. But your jewelry can last a long time with proper care.
Gold filled is the closest thing to gold and will last a bit longer than gold plated materials. In order to protect them, be mindful not to apply water, perfumes, lotions or other chemicals directly on the item.
Keep them dry.
When you're not wearing your KRPSHN piece, feel free to place the item back in our product box which contains an anti-tarnish cotton pad for further protection.
With the proper care, your KRPSHN Jewels can last for years!
